MoverBook alternative for one-van firms
MoverBook is a young UK removals CRM that puts its prices on the website and is straight about what it isn’t. Here’s what it costs, how it lines up against Kwotly line by line, and when you should pick it over us.
Who MoverBook is built for
MoverBook calls itself a CRM and job management system for removal companies and man-and-van firms. It’s sold to firms in the UK and the Isle of Man and priced in pounds. It’s run by Mannexus Ltd, an Isle of Man company, and built by one developer, Michael Lowe, who says plainly on the site that it’s a young product. We like that he says so.
It follows a job from enquiry to invoice on one record. Enquiries come in from a form on your own link, or from lead emails you forward on. You build the quote from line items and a room-by-room inventory, attach the survey video, and the customer accepts online, which puts the job on a calendar of crews and vans. Invoices split a deposit and a balance, and customers pay by card through your own SumUp account.
Round that sit a customer page with no login, fleet and MOT reminders, materials stock, a review request after each job, and a board where firms on it swap backloads. The shape of it is a firm with an office and a few vans. It’ll run one van, but a lot of what you pay for is built for more.

Questions people ask
How much does MoverBook cost?
On its own website, 2 November 2026: £75 + VAT a month including your first van, then £30 + VAT for each extra van, so two vans is £105 + VAT and four is £165 + VAT. There’s a 14-day free trial with no card, it rolls monthly and you can cancel any time, and paying six months or a year up front takes 5% or 10% off. Check their page before you decide, because prices move.
Is MoverBook good for a one-van firm?
It covers one van, and it’s honest about what it is. At £75 + VAT a month from day fifteen, that’s £1,080 a year with VAT, and a lot of what you’re paying for is the crew calendar, fleet records and materials stock that a firm with several vans uses. If your problem is getting a price back before somebody else does, a quoting tool you can start free is the cheaper way to find out.
When is MoverBook the better pick?
When you’ve got a few vans and crews to keep straight. It keeps enquiries, quotes, the calendar, invoices and the fleet together, it warns you before you double-book a crew, and it has a backload board that Kwotly hasn’t got. Kwotly has no crew app, dispatch board or fleet records, so if that’s what you need, MoverBook is the fairer fit.
Is MoverBook a UK company?
It’s sold to firms in the UK and the Isle of Man and priced in pounds, with UK postcodes, VAT and UK GDPR covered. The company behind it, Mannexus Ltd, is registered in the Isle of Man, and its terms are under Isle of Man law. The removals software is at moverbook.co.uk; don’t mix it up with moverbook.com, which is a different website.
Does MoverBook send you leads?
It runs a free-quotes site for the public that passes each enquiry to up to four verified firms covering the route. Its website doesn’t say whether firms pay for those enquiries, so ask. Kwotly doesn’t sell leads: you put your quote link where your customers already look, and how to get man and van work without paying for leads covers where.
Can I use Kwotly alongside MoverBook?
Yes. Send next week’s new enquiries through your Kwotly quote link and keep MoverBook for the calendar and the jobs already booked. If prices go out quicker, keep going. If they don’t, you’ve spent nothing.
