About Removals Manager

Who Removals Manager is built for

Removals Manager calls itself an office and surveying system for removals and storage companies, and that’s a fair description. It’s run by people from the trade: the founder has over fifteen years in removals.

It does a lot. A volume calculator, surveys on a tablet, quotes the customer accepts online, a diary, fleet and MOT reminders, invoices and payment reminders, a storage module, texts, and links to Xero, QuickBooks and Sage. It will also pull in leads from the big lead sites.

The shape of it is a firm with an office: somebody surveying, somebody in the diary, a few vans, maybe a store. If that’s you, it’s a sensible price for what you get.

Questions people ask

How much does Removals Manager cost?

On its own website, 6 October 2026: £45 + VAT a month for the main user, £22.50 + VAT for each extra user, and an £80 + VAT set-up fee. Storage is £25 + VAT a month on top. There’s no minimum term, and paying a year up front takes 20% off. Check their pricing page before you decide, because prices move.

Is Removals Manager good for a one-van firm?

It’ll work, and it’s fairly priced for what it does. The question is whether you need what it does. Most of it (surveys, the diary for several vans, storage, staff logins) is for a firm with an office. If you’re one van and your problem is getting a price out before somebody else does, a quoting tool built for that is the cheaper and quicker fit.

Can I move from Removals Manager to Kwotly?

You don’t have to move anything to try it. Put your rates into Kwotly, send your next week’s new enquiries through your Kwotly quote link, and keep Removals Manager for the jobs already booked. If it’s quicker, stop there. If it isn’t, you’ve spent nothing.

Try it on your next enquiry

Run Kwotly next to whatever you use now, on real enquiries, for a week. 10 quotes a month are free with no card, so if it doesn’t earn its keep you’ve lost nothing.
