Where do the leads come from?
From you. That’s the point. Your quote page link goes on your Facebook page, your Google Business listing, your van, your cards. People who find you go straight to you, and nobody charges you for the lead or sells it to four other operators.
Is it just for man-and-van, or bigger firms too?
Kwotly is built for operators running one to three vans. Solo operators, two-man teams, small removal firms. If you’ve got a Transit and a phone, you’re our kind of customer. Running more than that? Fleet sets the numbers with you. Email info@kwotly.co.uk.
Is Kwotly a CRM?
For a small removals firm, yes. Every enquiry, customer, message and booked job sits in one place. What you won’t get is sales-team clutter: no pipelines, no deal stages, no training day.
How is it different from the big removals software?
Most removals software is built for firms with a yard, an office and four or five vans: dispatch boards, crew rotas, a survey booking system, and usually a training day before you send your first quote. Kwotly is built round the bit you do all day: an enquiry in, a priced quote out, then the chat, the booking and the invoice, all from your phone. If you’re running one to three vans, that’s the bit you actually need.
Do my customers see the Kwotly name?
Not on the quote. Their quote page carries your business name, not ours, though the link itself is on kwotly.co.uk. Add your own logo and colours on Pro. They never need to download anything.
Can I change my prices?
Always. You set your own rates, minimum charge, and extras for stairs and parking. Kwotly uses your numbers. You just check the quote and send. Nothing goes out without your say-so.
Can I cancel?
Cancel or change plan any time. No contract and no exit fees: cancel from your settings, and you keep access until the end of the time you’ve paid for.
