Manage My Moves alternative for one-van firms
Manage My Moves was built inside a working removals firm, and it shows: it covers the whole office. Here’s what it costs, how it lines up against Kwotly, and which one makes sense when the whole firm is you and a van.
Who Manage My Moves is built for
Manage My Moves grew out of Trunk Logistics, a removals firm in Grays, Essex, which still runs on it. Built by removers for removers, in their words, and some customers have been with it for ten years.
It covers the office end to end: lead import, quotes, diaries, surveys, putting vans and staff on jobs, wages, invoices, depots and stats, with add-ons for WhatsApp, storage and estate agent partners. Accounts link to Xero and QuickBooks.
There’s a small Taster package aimed at start-ups, which is good to see. The bigger plans charge per seat and are clearly for firms with several people logging in.

Questions people ask
How much does Manage My Moves cost?
On its own website, 6 October 2026: the Taster package is £15 a month with free set-up for up to three users. The bigger plans charge per seat, £25 or £45 a seat a month after the free seats, with their set-up fees and monthly prices marked as coming soon. Training beyond what’s included is £30 an hour. Check their pricing page before you decide.
Is Manage My Moves good for a one-van firm?
The Taster package is aimed at start-ups, so it’s worth a look. Most of what the system does, though, is office work for a firm with staff: wages, depots, putting crews on jobs. If what you need is a fast, proper price on every enquiry, a quoting tool built for one van will do that job with less to set up.
Can I use Kwotly alongside Manage My Moves?
Yes. Plenty of firms quote in one place and run the diary in another. Put your rates into Kwotly, send new enquiries through your Kwotly quote link for a week, and see whether prices go out quicker.
