About Move Agent

Who Move Agent is built for

Move Agent is built for UK removals, storage and self-storage operators, by a marketing agency that has worked with removals firms for over a decade. It shows: there’s more on lead capture and ad tracking than most.

The list is long. Live chat and lead capture, video surveys (remote, in person, or the customer doing it themselves), an estimator, quotes, scheduling, crews and fleet, digital job sheets, invoices and deposits, storage and self-storage, WhatsApp, reporting, and links to Xero, Sage, QuickBooks, Stripe and GoCardless.

Set-up help is included on every plan, and the price covers up to six people. That tells you the size of firm it’s aimed at: several vans, an office, probably a store.

Questions people ask

How much does Move Agent cost?

On its own website, 6 October 2026: from £249 + VAT a month for up to six team members, with unlimited quotes and jobs and set-up help included. The surveyor-only and multi-branch plans are priced on a call. Check their pricing page before you decide.

Is Move Agent worth it for a one-van firm?

At £249 + VAT a month, that’s close to £3,600 a year with VAT, or a good few local moves. For a firm with six people using it, that’s fair. For one van, you’d be paying for crews, fleet and storage you haven’t got. Start with something built for your size and move up when the vans do.

Video survey or photos: which is better for quoting?

For a big house move with a lot of stuff, a video survey gets you more. For the bread-and-butter man and van job (a flat, a few rooms, a single item), most customers will snap a few photos or type a list far sooner than book a call. The best one is whichever gets your price out first, and that’s usually the quicker ask.
