Moovi alternative for one-van firms
Moovi is newer, built by someone who started at Pickfords, and aimed squarely at bigger removals firms. Here’s what it costs, how it lines up against Kwotly, and which one fits which size of firm.
Who Moovi is built for
Moovi was built by Sam Clark, who started at Pickfords and then spent sixteen years in tech. It’s open about who it’s for: every customer it lists is a multi-site operator, several of them BAR members.
It covers the lot for a firm that size. Surveys from photos and video, quoting, a crew app that works offline, warehouse tracking by QR code, compliance, a customer portal with payments and sign-off, international moves, tender writing, HR and profit per job.
It publishes its prices, which we like, and it doesn’t charge per quote or per survey. It does want a twelve-month commitment.

Which one should you pick?
Pick Moovi if…
- You run more than one site or a warehouse
- You’ve got crews who need an app on the day
- You tender for commercial or international work
- A twelve-month contract is fine for a system you’ll run the firm on
Pick Kwotly if…
- It’s one van, maybe two, and no warehouse
- You don’t want to sign up for twelve months before you know it works
- You want to start free: 10 quotes a month, then £39
- Your problem is getting a price out fast, not running a depot
Questions people ask
How much does Moovi cost?
On its own website, 6 October 2026: Moovi Core from £180 a month, each warehouse £100 a month, each crew, survey or warehouse app user £20 a month, and optional modules at £60 to £100 a month each. Is Moovi right for a one-van firm?
Moovi doesn’t say it isn’t, but every customer it lists is a multi-site operator. With a twelve-month term from £180 a month, it’s built for firms with warehouses and crews. One van is better off with something it can try free and walk away from.
What are the alternatives to Moovi?
For bigger firms: MoveMan, Move Agent, Manage My Moves and Removals Manager. For one van: Kwotly, or Move and Store. The full list, with prices, puts them side by side.
