MoveMan alternative for one-van firms
MoveMan has been around since the mid-nineties and runs a lot of established removals firms. It’s a serious system. Here’s who it’s for, how it lines up against Kwotly, and why a one-van firm usually wants something else.
Who MoveMan is built for
MoveMan is a long-standing name in UK removals software: close to 300 firms on it by its own count, and a BAR affiliate since 2006. It covers single users right up to multi-branch, multi-company groups.
It’s sold in modules. A drag-and-drop diary and quoting at the core, then international, trade storage, commercial and crate hire, a survey app that works out the volume, a customer portal with online acceptance and card payments, a crew app, container tracking for storage, and accounts links including Sage 50. You can run it installed on your own machines or in the cloud.
There’s no price on the website. You fill in a form or ring them, which usually means it’s priced for firms with an office.

Questions people ask
How much does MoveMan cost?
MoveMan doesn’t publish prices. On 6 October 2026 its website asks you to fill in a form or ring them. Ask for the monthly price, any set-up or training fees, and the minimum term, so you can hold it against the alternatives.
Is MoveMan right for a one-van firm?
It does cover single users, so it can be. But most of what it’s good at (surveys, storage, crews, international, multi-branch) is for bigger firms. If you’re one van, start with a tool built for quoting quickly and come back to the big systems when you’ve got the vans to need them.
What are the alternatives to MoveMan?
For established firms: Move Agent, Moovi, Manage My Moves and Removals Manager all cover the office. For one van: Kwotly, or Move and Store. The full list, with prices, puts them side by side.
